SHIPPING POLICY

At FERN LONDON, we aim to deliver your products quickly and securely. For domestic UK and Northern Ireland orders, we charge a flat rate of £5.34, with free delivery on all orders over £30, while international deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain have a flat rate of £12.00. Orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail, with tracking provided where applicable, and processing time is up to 10 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — sign up for our mailing list to stay updated. Please note that delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, with additional charges if applicable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We also offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Unwanted products can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered by us. For defective products, please contact us before returning any item.
